Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Wildfire Action Plan ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Wildfire Action Plan, Five Bays Insurance Agency, and their affiliates are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at the time the entry form is published and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 14, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the required entry actions as specified in the official giveaway announcement. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to:

Following our social media accounts
Sharing giveaway content
Subscribing to our newsletter
Creating a Wildfire Action Plan

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $200 Osprey Talon 33 backpack (Approximate Retail Value: $200).

Model and color subject to availability.
Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing on December 15, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification & Requirements

The selected winner will be contacted via direct message using the contact information they provided in the entry survey.

The winner will have 72 hours to respond.
Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address to receive the prize.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered by mail. Wildfire Action Plan is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once the prize has been handed off to the carrier.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Wildfire Action Plan permission to publicly announce the winner's first name and state. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Wildfire Action Plan the right to use their name for winner announcements and promotional communications related to this Sweepstakes.

10. Rights & Disclaimers

Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Osprey or any social media platform used to promote it.
If the Sweepstakes is promoted on X/Twitter or other platforms: "This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X."

11. Privacy

Information collected during the entry process will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Wildfire Action Plan Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Compliance

This Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
